THE FIRST THEORY · A WORKING DESCRIPTION OF REALITY

The Lens
of Everything.

People could call this a theory of everything. I mean it more carefully than that: as a way of describing reality, and as a lens through which its movements can be noticed.

THE NAME IS A DOORWAY, NOT A CLAIM OF FINALITY

A theory of everything
would close the world.
This lens opens it.

This is not offered as a dictionary definition or a final formula. It is a working description: a set of distinctions precise enough to notice reality with, and open enough to remain answerable to reality.

THE THEORY IN HIS OWN WORDS

The Lens of Everything

Words by Nova Nyarindo Newbon Gadson. Spelling and punctuation corrected.

Me, you, everyone, and everything else is a spiral helix that cannot be clocked.

In linear terms, me, you, and everyone and everything else is a process of compression → pressure → resolution → emergence, where emergence is the new compression, and this linear process is intertwined with each stage occurring simultaneously.

In a systems frame, me, you, everyone, and everything else is a dot of awareness at the center of the helix that does not move, only deepens with each emergence in the linear frame. It is a dot that seeks connection through expansion and contraction to protect in all directions.

There is a third force which is not the average of the contraction or expansion, which is balance with a container. Any system that remembers the container tends toward flourishing, while that which forgets tends towards collapse.

Reality is made of dots within dots and an overarching dot.

Overall, reality is an eternal process with no beginning and end, and words are labels that take snapshots of the process but are not the process. Reality is therefore a dynamic verb, while words are static snapshots of it, which are lossy communication tools by nature, mistaken for what they are pointing at, yet they are not the thing.

Life is not the presence of energy; it is the regulation of stored potential across time. Reality is a continuous regulation process of potential, and every event is a valid adjustment in that regulation.

Nothing is outside the process of becoming. Systems are not judged by parts, but by how regulation flows through all parts.

THE LANGUAGE IS A SNAPSHOT

Reality is the verb.
Words are the still frames.
